1. HUADA promises that all centrifuges made by us come with services of repair, replacement and return.
2. The warranty time is 12 months. We provide free repair and replacement services to any failures caused by us within warranty time. However, wearing parts are not included.
3. Any quality failure problem happens within guarantee period, we will reply within 1 hour after receiving your request. On-site service will be delivered within 24 hours if telephone reply cannot solve the problem, despite of holidays. As for problems caused by improper use, we will offer chargeable troubleshooting services.
4. HUADA will provide lifelong maintenance service to all parts and regular maintenance to centrifuge machine.
5. We will handle any quality failure occurred within warranty time.
6. We will provide lifelong technical support started from using of the equipment.
7. We will supply normal parts within warranty period to ensure better user experience. Parts supply will be charged after warranty period.
8. Customers will have to pay all expenses of installation guidance, commissioning, personnel training and technical support.
9. We will pay regular customer visits or phone survey to enhance customer satisfaction and collect feedbacks.
10. As for delivery, HUADA provides centrifuge nameplate, auxiliary equipment (already installed), quality certificates, operation manuals, maintenance manuals, control software (lifetime-free updates), general assembly drawing and parts drawing for maintenance, as well as wearing parts drawing, packing list, spare parts and tool list.

2. Time and Place: Before installation, customers send 1-3 of their technicians to HUADA for free training. Cost of travel and accommodation will be paid on by customers.
